Our instructions for premium payment

Approved users of this site will be allowed to generate Certificates of Marine Cargo Insurance, the issuing of which will generate an email 'Invoice' as confirmation of the premium and any fees, costs, expenses or taxes payable. If you disagree with premium calculations, please contact Northern Marine Underwriters Ltd immediately.

Once each month Northern Marine Underwriters Ltd will provide all users with an Email 'Statement' of account providing payment details for all certificates where premium has not been received by Northern Marine Underwriters Ltd.

Once you are ready to settle the amounts due, please log in to the site using your normal user ID & password and 'tick off' the certificates which you are paying using the site menu option 'Pay Outstanding Invoices'.

Please note that all banking charges / wire fees are the responsibility of the payee.

Once your premium has been received by Northern Marine Underwriters Ltd, the relevant certificates will be marked as 'paid' in the site.
